  • How can I get my certificate?

    Once logged into your account you can download & print your certificate under "My Classes" or "My Account" . **Please allow 2-3 minutes for download time so the certificate can populate with the users information.**

  • How long do I have to complete my course?

    You have 6 months from the date of your payment to complete the course. **Each 2 CEU course consists of five, 20 minute sections to be completed whenever your schedule allows.** You can also view instructions for taking online courses under "HVAC Forms"

  • Are these courses approved by the State for my CEU's?

    Yes! The ones that are approved will have our State Approved Provider number- HVACCEP-0091 or PLBCEP-0031and course number listed HVACCEC-XXXXXX or PLBCEC-XXXXXX. And you will see **Kentucky State Approved** in the class description. You can also view our approval letter from the State under "HVAC Forms" or click here "Approval Letter"
